If unexpected circumstances should arise and impact your holiday plans, we would be glad to assist you with the cancellation procedures and refund your money. Our rates of refund are derived from our suppliers' requirements, and can be summarized as follows:

• Cancellation 30 days or more before trip commencement -- full refund
• 15 - 30 days -- 70% will be refunded
• 7 - 14 days -- 50% will be refunded
• Less than 7 days -- no refund

The above rates are valid for all trips offered at Thailand-trip.com , unless otherwise stated by online agent upon confirmation of booking. For authentication purposes, only written cancellation notices (e-mail or fax) will be accepted.

The refund will be made through bank transfer or through your credit card, depending on the original method of purchase. Please note that if your purchase was made through a credit card, the amount you receive will reflect a 3% deduction from the full price as a result of the processing fee charged by the credit card company. Additionally, although Thailand-trip will instruct the bank to handle the crediting process immediately upon notification of cancellation, it could take up to four weeks for the actual crediting to take place, depending on your Bank's practice.
